I concur with the motorcycle ban .. in fact id suggest a huge metal frame ball in some obscenely remote location like cyberjaya or segamat where we can put all of them in there and have them zoom around in there like the crazy maniacs there are and eventually (thanks to the laws of probability), inter-cycle collisions will reduce the number to a mass of reddish bloody pulp, which will then fertilize the soil underneath and make it suitible for crop growth, which we well then use to plant vegetation to use as deterrent food for all wanna be motorcyclist.
